Through the basic tool paper and pen, draw the Wireframe of the UI flow and quickly discuss with the PM and engineers with low-Fi proto. we will confirm the desing in different states and modify them back and forth until reach the consensus. Finally, start design in Sketch. The workflow is more efficient and reduce the cost of back and forth modification.
Because the previous designers in the company have not defined a system design specification. When designing the features, I would define the color and component and confirm whether consistent with web style. At same time, I also organized into design specifications.
