Hi, I am Chelsea. With curiosity and observation personality make me more realize the needs of people's behavior, and to create best design and user experience. For me, a good product design is not a personal exploration process, but a cross-domain synergy.
In teamwork, I will put myself into others' shoes and understand their concern and position. In the process of pursuing a better product, I would find the balance between the business goals and development direction, and work side by side with team members to complete each challenge and goal.

When I was in junior, I thought about my career in the near future. Although I learn the professional knowledge of the information, I didn’t want to do the related jobs like an engineer or IT technician. As a result, I started to digging into my interests. I gradually found that I had interesting in design. So, I started to learn the design related software. At the same time, I was striving for any opportunity to contact the design and made up my mind to find design related internship.
